Made with Modern Mountain Keto Pizza Crust Mix and just 2g net carbs per stick, these low-carb breadsticks are great for any of our keto friends wanting a keto-friendly pizza or salad side dish. Get a bit fancy with a crispy, spiral breadstick or roll them long for a pillowy, pull-apart center. Topped with a garlic and herb butter sauce for maximum flavor.
Ingredients

1 Package Modern Mountain Keto Pizza Crust

1 TBSP Italian seasoning

3 TBSP Unsalted butter

1 TSP Garlic powder

½ TSP Salt
Directions
Prepare pizza dough by instructions on the package.
When dough is ready, place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out with a rolling pin. Roll out dough to approximately 8” x 6”, cutting excess dough around edges to create a uniform rectangle.
Cut out six 1” inch strips from rectangle.
Option 1: Twisted Breadsticks
Pick up one strip and pull slightly to stretch it out a few additional inches. Twist the strip and place onto greased baking sheet.
Repeat this process for each strip. If you notice that the breadsticks begin to slowly untwist, you may want to re-twist right before tossing them in the oven.
While baking, melt butter and mix in salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. When breadsticks come out of the oven, give them a brushing of the buttery seasoning and enjoy warm!
Bake in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
Option 2: Standard Breadsticks
Roll each strip lengthwise to create a long, log-like breadstick. Place each breadstick on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
While baking, melt butter and mix in salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. When breadsticks come out of the oven, give them a brushing of the buttery seasoning and enjoy warm!
