One pouch of Modern Mountain Keto Pizza Crust Mix

½ cup + 1 tbsp water

1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Combine pouch of mix, water, and olive oil in large mixing bowl. Utilize dough hook (or mix by hand, if not using mixer) to form a dough, approximately 2 minutes.
Form dough into ball, lightly coat in olive oil, cover, and let rest in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Roll out dough into a thin crust, top with desired toppings, and bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
