Leveraging Modern Mountain Keto Pizza Crust Mix, these keto-friendly parmesan garlic knots are loaded with a garlicky, buttery flavor in each soft bite. So savory and delish that they feel a bit "knotty", but you can feel nice knowing that these only have ~1.5g net carbs per garlic knot. Ingredients

1 Package Modern Mountain Keto Pizza Crust Mix

1 TBSP Italian seasoning

3 TBSP Unsalted butter

1 TSP Garlic powder

½ TSP Salt
Directions
Prepare pizza dough according to instructions on package.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
When dough is ready, take two sheets of parchment paper with a rolling pin and roll the dough to approximately ¼” thickness. You want the dough to about an 8x8” square.
Cut a 1” inch strip and roll the flat dough in your hand until its a long round strip.
Take the strip and wrap it around itself to create a loose knot. Do not pull it tight, and it doesn’t need to be perfectly knotted. You’ll only need to ensure it’s tight enough to where it doesn’t unravel after you put it down.
Repeat these for all knots (you should end up with ~8 or so).
Bake in a 400°F oven for 20-25 minutes.
While the knots are baking, combine melted butter, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
When garlic knots come out of the oven, immediately brush with butter mixture and enjoy!
