Makes Delicious Bread
This is a finely ground, whole wheat flour that produced a delicious loaf of 50/50 bread for me. I baked using my usual recipe for white bread, but replaced half with this Kamut whole wheat flour. The results were excellent. The flour arrived securely packaged and very fresh. The bag has a zipper closure making for easy storage. I’m very happy with the product.

Healthy and Tasty Flour
This whole wheat flour is a healthy choice when it comes to flours. It is organic, all natural, with high protein and fiber contents. It rises easily. I like the [firm and chewy] texture of breads made with this flour. It has a hint of nutty flavor, very tasty. I am so happy with the breads I made, and certainly recommend this flour.

Excellent Quality Flour! Fresh & Taste Great!
This is my first time using Kamut wheat flour After hearing that Kamut flour is superior to all-purpose flour in protein, antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and is a healthier nutritional option I needed to try this and I am sold especially after tasting my banana bread, Modern Mountain Kamut Flour is an excellent quality, great tasting flour, I will not be going back to plain flour ever again.
